Im Idealfall wird die anfallende Arbeit besser verteilt, es ist einfacher, neue Projekte einfach zu realisieren und es ermöglicht so, Menschen die Möglichkeit zu geben, sich aktiv für die Bewegung einzusetzen. Dies geschieht sowohl auf nationaler als auch regionaler Ebene. Es besteht jedoch die Gefahr mit zu vielen AGs die Kräfte zu stark zu verzetteln und so [[Burn-Out-Aktivismus]] zu fördern.
