→Arbeitsgruppen CSCH (Schweiz) und Bern
*Eine Arbeitsgruppe sollte sich thematisch klar auszeichnen, also eine Identität erhalten, sonst wird viel Arbeit doppelt erledigt.
*Es muss klar sein, welche Arbeitsgruppe welche Dinge macht, sonst entsteht viel Misstrauen.
*Arbeitsgruppen dürfen das Aufkeimen neuer Ideen nicht verbürokratisieren, weil sonst die [[Graswurzelstrukur|GrasrootstrukurGrassrootstrukur]] der Bewegung gefährdet ist.
*Die Kommunikation unter den Arbeitsgruppen, sowohl innerhalb einer Regionalgruppe als auch zwischen AGs mit ähnlichen Themen aus verschiedenen Regionen, muss gewährleistet sein.
*Arbeitsgruppen sollten ihre Kompetenzen durchs Plenum legitimieren, dann aber weitgehend autonom sein – so kann die anfallende Arbeit des grossen Plenums reduziert werden.
