'''Make sure to be prepared''': If your proposal could be controversial or include topics that might require a feedback process, please make sure to organize one. You can organize the feedback process the way you think is best for your proposal. It is not mandatory to have a feedback process beforehand either.
Before communicating anything, please contact the Task Group (TG) National Decision Calls via Telegram (@TheoStijve tildiii or @RaphaelBujahalloda) that will be monitoring the process. This includes checking if the templates are filled out correctly, whether your proposal really requires a national decision, and so on.
